Unless you specify that a gift be “anonymous” or otherwise request that your name not be listed, we list the names of our Donors in our Website, Annual Reports and other materials to recognize the generosity of those who support Dakshana. We do not sell or rent our donor lists to anyone. We also do not share your personal data with any third parties other than service providers we employ to perform functions on our behalf, such as sending postal mail and email, processing credit card payments and organizing events specifically designed to keep you abreast of Dakshana’s activities. Dakshana Donation Refund Policy:
Dakshana takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, Dakshana will respond to the donor, as soon as practicable after, receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send Dakshana a written request for a refund within 48 hours of making the donation to Dakshana’s email csr@dakshana.org along with proof of the deduction of the donation amount.
If the tax exemption certificate is already issued, then we are sorry but we will not be able to refund the donation.
USE OF COOKIES, AGGREGATE DATA COLLECTED ONLINE
