Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family consists of total 5 members. My father name is NAGARAJAPPA A .He is a farmer . My mother name is PRABHAVATHAMMA A. she is a housewife .I have younger brother his name is SHRAVAN KUMAR N he is presently studying in class 11th standard.my grandmother name is VENKATAMMA.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
As my family is economically weak. They cannot afford lakhs of rupees fees for long term coaching centres outside so, to achieve my goal as DOCTOR I need help of DAKSHANA which is providing free coaching with world class faculties.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My AIM is to complete my MBBS degree from named collage and to serve society as much as possible .

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful I will treat poor patients at very low and affordable fees.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Hard work of my parents have inspired me more as they do more hard work to earn little income.

I use to read books, newspaper . Use to play and watch cricket matches.
