Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is Mr. Shravan Kumar Pandey he is a labour . My mother name is Guddan Devi she is housewife.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Because i think that Dakshana scolarship will give me good chance to improve my study. If i am not selected i will go for any other institute.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to be a successful doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I will contribute as a good doctor and try to solve all health problems from society.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
once when i was child i saw my elder brother preparing for Ayurvedic doctor and after that i decided to become a doctor.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am very deeply interested in biology specially human anatomy. My hobbies are reading books.
