Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Mr Raju Patel they are supportive, and friendly with me. I like and love very much. The used to play with us me and my siblings whenever got time. My mother's name is Mrs Kalpana Patel. I love her very much. She also take care of my every time. She made very tasty food specially for me when I was at home. I have two sisters name Revati studying first year college and other sister name is Pratiggya studying 8th class full stop my grandfather Mr Sharda Patel loves me more.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be avoided the Dakshana scholarship because of I belong to rural area below poverty line family and the region where no any student goes to any service also because of my performance in dakshana scholarship test. If I would not selected induction exam and to be a Dakshineswar I have to continue my study for class 11th and 12th in my parental School JNV Hatta Damoh because of my family condition specially financial condition.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I would like to do better in village area. I will want to provide approach for people in rural area who are not afford the treatment in big city. I want to treat less costly for poor family full stop and I will try to contribute anyway that I can for country as well as world. My aim is become a successful doctor in life.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would like to contribute the society the good and quality education and treatment education as I will try to do some for children live in my village because no any child is aware about education in my living area. And treatment as my passion is to treat and help people live in village who has no any doctor for treatment. I want to do for them as per for our country I will do everything as a do and sir our Nation and world.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
An incident is that when I live in my village at childhood, my grandparent todne different types of stories related to their struggle. They told me that my grandfather used to do work in the construction site for livelihood. And once there was flood comes in my village my father's name is Palan Haldar all things with it. I am they had Tum migrated in nearly village. They had to face my problems. And very motivated from this to incidence.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I I am very interested in physics which is full of calculations. Parso my hobby is to study various types of Science related books also very interested in rocket science.
