Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
my father's name is binod das.now he is no more he left us .my mother's name is anita devi, she is a housewife.I have three sister and two brothers.i am elder one . My uncle's name is gauri shankar das.He is a contractor. we live in a joint family.my uncle is now supporting me too much after lefting my father .he is continuously fulfilling our needs . My grandmother is also living with us and grandfather is no more .
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
i think i should be awarded the dakshana scholarship because i want to be a succesfull doctor and there is no any requirement in my family to complete this dream . i am too much dedeicated about this i. there is too much financial problems in my family specially after lefting my father
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
my ambition in my life is to be a perfect doctor.i want to secure my future means i want to be independent . being a doctor this is not only my dream its also my fathers dream which iwill definately comes true . .
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
when i will be a successful doctor i want to supply all the facilities to the poor pateints whoncant afford the charge of the best hospitals and who cant get a specialised or an experienced doctor . many peoples in our country dies beacause of unproper medical conditions , some peoples cant reach the hospitals because of thrir financial problems and after this they dies.so i want to support all that typeof families . i will try to provide all the hospitalised facilities to those patients .
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
i faces too many worst problems in my life .my family condition is very bad. my father left us beacuse we dont have sufficient money to treat him . we cant give a better hospitalised requirement to him . this is also a reason that my father is not with me . i inspired from that incident.to became a doctor. i will work hard i will give my 100% to my studies .

i love singing and playing badminton
