I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because it is the growing field. I can shape my bright future in the world if I qualify as an IIT engineer. About 75% of the students in India live in villages. They have devotion, determination and dedication to study but they cannot leave their villages for various reasons. However, I have a chance because I am a Dakshana scholar. Dakshana Foundation is famous for IIT engineering. Mohnish Pabrai, who is working in the US, has started this organization which assures the brilliant and poor students from the villages to have a glorious chance to become an IIT engineer. Even if we do not get into IIT through FIITJEE classes, we can also do other things in engineering, like AIEEE, WPSEAT.
When I was studying in JNV Pratapgars, I always thought if were to qualify for IIT or any other professional engineering institute, I would always help Navodaya students who were still working hard. Due to their economic problems they could not attend any coaching institutes to shape their bright future.
However, with the help of God and the hard work done by me, I was chosen to become a Dakshana scholar. I will give back 10% salary to those children who do not get a chance to beat the exam of IIT. In summary, I will always help my friends and other poor students who do not get assistance from other institutes.
