My father name is Narasimhulu Head of the family and My mother name is Rajamma and my Younger brother name is Siddhartha My father is working as Security guard and My mother working as labour in tiffin center and my brother studying 4th standard and my father mostly like to grow plants and my mother mostly like to visit tourists places and temples in my state .

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
My family is Financially poor to join me for coaching center private in my state and i want become doctor in my life ambition so dakshana is better choice to my life . If im not selected dakshana I am financially poor so i make to study at home by listening online classes .

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
my ambition in my life is to become doctor and make my family proud in society , to serve the nation and conduct free medical camps in india

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After becoming successful person I will lead a normal life i will serve the society by conducting a free medical camps in our state i will help mostly poor people who were suffering with many diseases and financially poor i will make sure to do free medical checkup for them in every year

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
many incident i have faced in my life to get motivation and make to do better one incident is my family is in poor condition monthly income also not getting better salaries . my father and mother mother has doing very hard work to run the family and make me to get good education and proper facilities for me in my life . this incidents makes inspired me to get in good position and wants to make my family proud in society .
