I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT because it has been my dream to get education in top institute so that I can become not only a successful person but also a person of excellence. And for pursuing this dream I need to crack IIT-JEE. But on this path there are many obstacles and I know that my parents cannot clear that path for me. And at this moment Dakshana is like a saviour. It will expose me to the world through its programme like it has been doing since.
Two or three years ago the interest and the zeal for engineering came after seeing my brother work hard in his electrical equipments with dedication. He was and is still an idol for me. The first time I saw an electric iron. It made me wonder. Why is that so hot? How does it work? It would have been fun to open its screws and see what is inside. But I could not. These curiosities will be only fulfilled by joining engineering. This wait will be over in few years only but I have to work hard. Not only work hard but also work smart. In this way I will be learning to live smart with life full of curiosities and to discover more.
