Q1. Introduce your family to us?..My father’s name is Mr. Anil Kumar he is farmer. He is the very important part of my life is always complete my demands. he does everything for me. He is the best papa for me. My mother name is Mrs Anv Chaudhari she is housewife. she leaved her study in 11th class for the marriage but she wants to become an IAS officer. But her aim was not fulfilled. now I want to describe something about my younger brother whose name is Somya Choudhary he was so cute and brilliant in studies. I love my family very much.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship ……………..If I am not selected for dakshana then I feel very bad but next time I try to give my best because I have a great desire to take the studies in dakshana because dakshana have the best faculties.
Q3. What is your ambition in life ……………..My ambition in life is to become a successful doctor.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful ……………..When I become successful and become a doctor then I want to give free treatment to disable and poor people.

Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better ……………..I am motivated by my elder brother and sister which are passed out from JNV and become very successful in life and they serve to country. so I want to serve my country I also inspired by Army I watched a show of Army in childhood in which the army is fully determined to guard the country by their full efforts so I inspired by them to do better in life.
