Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My Father name is Mr. Chhakodi Lal Verma . My mother name is Mrs. Archna Devi . We are three sisters and one brother in my family. My sisters names are Preeti Verma and Saraswati Verma. My brother name is Pawan Verma who studying in mp govt. collage.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Because I really need that scholarship , because my family condition not good . they cannot afford too much amount of money that are taken by other coaching institutes. and my dream is to become a doctor , not only my dream that mywhole family dream. i am able to became a doctor because in jnv i am always score better marks.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition of life to become a doctor , so that my family feel proud and say proudfully that my daughter is a doctor. my village is backward condition there are no hospital , after became a doctor , i want to do something for them.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I became successful , then i will do something for villagers , and also contribute for that people who not afford treatment in hospital .

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
when i am in 12th standard , i am appear for super 60 /gail utkarsh exam , in that exam i am not qualified , that time i feel really disappointed and demotivated , that failure always motivated me for to do better.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
my hobby is read books , and play chess. i am interested to knew more and more new things. i am always want to learn something from others.
