I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because Dakshana Foundation is an organisation only meant for the students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.
This organisation is extremely useful for children belonging to economically challenged families. The reason for this is that getting into IIT is dependent on coaching for which a lot of money is required and this is not within everyone's reach. However, Dakshana provides free coaching for children.
This organisation plays a very important role in the lives of economically challenged children as it is difficult to gain an entry into IIT without any coaching. A student who secures good marks in class 10 and clears the entrance test conducted by Dakshana can get coaching for IIT.
I belong to an average family. For me, Dakshana is very useful as through it I can fulfill my ambition of entering IIT.
