Q1. Introduce your family to us ? ……………..My father’s name is MD. JOHRUL HAQUE. He has a very small shop of electronic gadgets. My mother’s name is MEHERUN NESA BIBI. She is a housewife.I have a elder sister named MUSFIKA KHATUN. She is married. Her husband is a primary school teacher. We have no any other sources of income except my father’s. My all uncles are masons.They use to go Kerala for their income for their family.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship ……………..I should be awarded DAKSHANA SCHOLARSHIP because it is very much helpful for a student who wants to prepare for JEE/NEET. Its free of cost which can save my father’s lot’s of money for fulfilling my dreams.Probably I cann’t continue to this line if I got rejected.
Q3. What is your ambition in life ……………..My ambition in my life is to become a god doctor and serve my nation.

How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful …………….I would like to contribute by not taking over fees of visit or by not taking any money from them who are not capable of actually paying the visit fees. I would serve my time as 1 day/month or 2 days/ month in my village as checkup without fees.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better……………..Once in class 11 my biology teacher call me in bio lab and told about a old student of our school who got admission in medical college. He told that if those student (old student of our school) can do then I (my bio sir) want to see stethoscope on your neck. Its inspire me to this line. Also my father was interested in this line of study.He is also an inspiration for me.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies ……………..I like to play football and cricket. I play football daily in my school.
