JNV Kargil Ladakh I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend Medical college
Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
my father is a daily wage worker by profession and my mother is a homemaker . I have two younger brother and have no sister . My mother remains always busy in household work and also do part time tailoring at home .My two younger brother study ,one in class 10th and other in class 4th .My father always or most of the time remained far from home in the kargil town by doing his job.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
As i told earlier i am belong to a financially weak family so such golden opportunity which Dakshana is providing best fit for a student like me to fulfill my dreams .If Iam not selected for this scholarship programme then i will try another way to pursue my goals but do not lose hope.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambitiom in life is to become a doctor .It is my dream to see my parents happy always which is possible when i became succesful .I want to give the besto life to my parent which they ever lived.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
First of all i will focus mainly on the rural or infrastructrally backward area where medical facilities is limited . I will organised a free medical camp in such area . I will donate various medical equipment to the small medical centre at my level. I will also try to contact with my other friend to help in this and to make this effort successful and at massive scale.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
It was the time wheni got selected in JNV .So it was my first day in a boarding school .I have no experience earlier ,i got nervous and can't focus on studies so in the first exam my score is below average and my rank is last in my class everytime i try to study various thought about my family ,friends disturb me . So one of my senior told me that he also got into same situation but he does not lose hope and suggest me to take part in extra curricular activities along with my studies which help me alot to do better .
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I will love to do cooking in my spare time when i was at home . i also love to do trekking with my friends to a new area . I would love to watch various science ficction movies also
