Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
In my family there are 5 members 8 including me.My father`s name is Geetaram patre ,my father's occupation is farming he studied upto higher secondary school .my mother is studied up 8th class she is house wife .I have two sisters, my elder sister is in collage BSc and my younger sister is in higher secondary school

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
my family iconomic condition is not good as much they can affort my medical coaching but i want to acheve my ambition. I will do my best so i should given chance by dakshana for neet .if i would not had selected 8n dakshana i should studied by my own,and worked hard to acheve my ambition.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a medical servant, an orthopedics sergion so that I can serve my society and make my family condition good i belonged to a poor family so my ambition is to become a good serving and earning citizen of my country.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
First of all a doctor is all about serving society by there soul.I want to serve my society as an medical servent ,as a doctor because in india doctors are not availeble for all needies ,so i want to become a doctor and serve in rural ares to needy ones.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
when i was in fourth standard I had been through an accident. I had an serious injury in my scalp I was feared very much by seeing bleeding so much when I went to hospital to doctor ,he treated me good and cured me.i had seven stitches in my head that day I realized that if doctors were not there whtwould have happened and that day I decided to become a doctor.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am very interested in reading books, listening audio book summary and music .in my hobbies I love sketching and playing table tennis and basketball
