I’d like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because since childhood I have wanted to become a good and successful engineer. The main reason behind this was also the fact that I was good at studies and was always encouraged by the people around me to study well. But now when I think about it, our poor economic conditions are a huge deterrent in the way of my dreams.

When I was introduced to the Dakshana foundation, I saw some hope. I saw Dakshana as a main facilitator in helping bright and under privileged students, to achieve their goals. Dakshana wants to provide these students with all possible facilities to insure that they are able to succeed.

I am and will do all in my capacity to achieve my goals, but this may not be enough to succeed and one requires fulfilling many needs, and having many more facilities in place to make this happen.

I?m hopeful that due to my poor economic conditions the Dakshana Foundation will help provide me with all that is necessary to succeed and achieve my goals.

And when I do succeed, I too on my part want to use my knowledge for betterment.

I am confident that if selected in the Dakshana Scholarship exams, there could be nothing to stop me from achieving my goals.
