Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
There are 5 members in my family. The Backbone of Family he is my Father name is BHUKYA SEVA NAIK .my father is a farmer .The Caretaker of Family she is my Mother Name is BHUKYA SUJATHA .she mother is a farmer. My sister name is BHUKYA SHAILAJA she got married .My brother name is BHUKYA SIDDARDHA he is studying 11th class.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
my parents are farmers and we are economically poor .I don't have economical support for my higher studies . If iam not selected to dakshana. I want to prepare my self through the youtube classes.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is i want became a good Doctor .

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If i became a successful doctor. I would like to serve the poor peoples .

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
In my village a person selected as bankmanager . when he come to village all are give him more respect . That day iam was motivated and iam decided to became doctor and serve to the poor people.

Iam interested in to learn new things and visit to the new places and historical places. My hobbiesare reading books,listening musics,watching movies and playing games.
