Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Ajitesh Das, my mother's name is Manasi Dutta (Das) and my brother's name is Avoy Das, who is studying in class X now. My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded DAKSHANA scholarship because to achieve my dream.My family are not capable to fulfill my dream due to low family income.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life to become a good doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would like to help others by becoming a doctor and giving them good treatment.I will try my best to provide medical treatment to poor people.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
whenever I go to private hospital, I see a lot of people, those are not afford costly treatment. These people motivates me to became a doctor. So, I can help these people as much as possible by giving them a free treatment.

My hobby is playing football,volleyball and handball.
