I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because I had thought of becoming an IIT-Engineer since I joined Navodaya Vidyalaya,Wardha. I want to become an IIT-Engineer in Mechanical Branch. Some students from our JNV had passed out from Dakshana Foundation which are joining IIT?s at various places where IIT-colleges are there . This point had always encouraged me to become Dakshana Scholar and to attend IIT . My parents , my friends has expected that someday I will join IIT . It is my duty to come to their expectations. My mother who is not literate , but had always motivated me to join IIT . My father is very attentive at my studies .
?What the mind conceive, the mind can achieve ?. This great quote is from ?Think and Grow Rich? by Napoleon Hill. Your achievement depends upon your mind that what you think . Your thinking should be high , ?Low aim is a crime and thats why I have choosed this way.
Grand Dakshana Selection Test (GDST) is conducted in JNVs all over India . I think it will be a great opportunity for me to attend IIT . Dakshana will help me to fulfil my dreams .
I am from poor family , but I am not discouraged . It does not meant that my aim should be low. I believe in hardwork. Hardwork is the key to success . Without hardwork your intelligence is of no work . So, I think I will get to IIT and try my best to give some contribution to the technical world.
