In our family 5 members are there including me.My father name is MANJUNATH T ,he is farmer in our own land.Mother name is HANUMAKKA T,she is a house wife.Brother name is HARISH T,hestudying B Sc nursing And Grand mother is LAKKAMMA T.

i want awardedas adhakshana scholar because i want become a doctor .if not selected i dont no what do but i will go higher study in colleges on the rank state exam kcet. in

my ambition in life is i want become a doctor.and serve for the nation and poor peoples.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
when i become successfull i want serve my nation and when i become a doctor i want care and help the poor people in our country by providing proper health care and medicines to them .

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
the incident when i was in 9th my grandfather is got stroke on that time near by hospital are there for treatment we had take him for more than 50km away that on mid way my grand father was died on the i made promise become a doctor and serve for poor peoples providing good health.
