Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is Mohd Sadiq and he is no more.My mother name is Raziya Banoo she is a housewife.I have three younger brothers and they are studying in 7th ,5th and 3rd standard.I have one younger sister and she is stydying in 10th standard.i have one uncle and he is driver.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded Dakshana Scholarship because i can not effort coaching for NEET .And i am very eager to become a doctor .Also I am the elder children of my parents .So I have the responsibility of my younger brothers and sisters .so i want to become successfull in my life for their betterments.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a doctor.I just want to fullfill my family,s dream .I want to educate childrens of my village so that they would not face the problems in their life due to lack of knowledge.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I belongs to a very backward area where no means of higher education is available .so i just want to open coachings for NEET and JEE so that the childrens get education .alsoi want to build hospital where all the facilities are available sothat no one lost their nearones due to lack of medical facilities.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My cousin brother is my inspiration in my life.he always motivated me to do better in my life.

MY hobbies are to maintain diary ,read books ,listening songs ,singing,watch tv.
