Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father is Shri Tariniprasad Puhan.He is a dedicate and state awarded teacher. My mother is smt. Brajamohini Muduli, she is also a teacher. My little brother is Ashish Anshuman Puhan is in class 6th. My father likes to give speech and my mother likes to sing ad read. My brother likes to play football.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Yes, I should be awarded the dakshana scholarship because it will enhance my studies in a success mode. If I am not selected I will increase my strength area.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to be a very good and dedicated doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If I become successful, I will give good service in all respect both in society and the world.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
After getting 1st position in odia essay competition in PCRA and awarded and got oppurtunity for a singapore trip as a study tour. And I got many prizes such as Laptop, gold medal at Constitution Bhaban, Delhi. It brings a lot of joy and inspiration in my progress of study.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am interested in watching TV. My hobbies are reading story books,singing,dancing and travelling.
