I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because this is the best way to achieve my goal. I?m simple boy from a poor and low caste family my village is completely a backward village of our district.
I studied in Kannada medium upto 5th class. I was not able to read and understand even a single word in English when i was in 5th class. With my heardowrk and confidence I got selected to Navodaya in the year 2005-06. The aim of my life is to become an engineer this is not because most of the students are compitating for engineering. Im keenly interested in the subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics a lot.
There are lot of problems in my home. Since my father is the only one earning person in our family it is to difficult for him to lead the life. And this is very proud for me to day that Im the only one person in our low caste colony to study after 10th class i science stream and Im selected for Dakshana Exam.
This is not my own wish to become an IITian but it is a great wish to become an IITian but it is a great wish of all the people of my colony.
So, with all this I want to become a dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT.
