    Deepayan has been actively involved in Dakshana activities through the Dakshana Alumni Network (DAAN) and has served as Vice President on the DAAN Council. Deepayan now handles Academics and Selections at Dakshana and manages the NDST & JDST annually. Deepayan is adept at analysing and finding logical solutions to every problem.
    Deepayan is a foodie and loves experimenting with new recipes. He also enjoys travelling, trekking and is a fun person to be with.

  • Vishal Kumar

    close Dakshana Fellow - Academics

    He graduated with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NITK Surathkal. Vishal has worked with Rao IIT Academy as Maths faculty for a short period, before returning to work with Dakshana. At Dakshana, he co-ordinates with all the JNV COEs, is involved in handling internal exams as well as the Management Information System (MIS). Vishal is passionate about dancing and is a great dancer. He also loves to travel and watch movies.

     

  • Vikas Omar

    close Dakshana Fellow - V2.0

    He graduated with B.Tech. in Production & Industrial Engineering from MNNIT Allahabad. Vikas has worked for a year in finance sector, before returning to Dakshana in September 2018. Vikas is busy constantly setting up centres at government schools across India, hiring Teaching Assistants and ensuring that Dakshana Version 2.0, which is Dakshana’s new initiative to improve the quality of primary education in India, is well on its way. He likes to explore new places, read and learn about new things. Vikas has a cheerful personality and can be the life of any party.

  • Kajal Kumari

    close Dakshana Fellow – Database Management

    She graduated with B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and has completed her internship in android development. At Dakshana, Kajal maintains data of all scholars and alumni. She works in Salesforce and also updates profiles on the website. Kajal likes to read about new technology and Java is her passion. She also likes to read in her leisure time and is adventurous about going to new places.

  • Annu Kumar Malik

    close Dakshana Fellow- Construction

    On completion of his degree, he returned to Dakshana to manage the construction of the ‘Charles T Munger Hall’ at JNV Bengaluru Urban from Jan 2014 to Nov 2015. He is currently the Site Engineer for construction of the ‘Taraben J. Mehta Girls Hostel’ and a Boys’ Hostel at Dakshana Valley.
    Annu has diverse interests from playing basketball and table tennis to reading, stock trading and investing.

  • Ravi Ranjan Pandey

    close Regional Academic Officer – South

    Ravi started his career with Dakshana as a Program Co-ordinator at JNV Pune. He was promoted as Dakshana Fellow in April 2015 to monitor Academics at CoEs from Dakshana HQ, Pune.  His role involved visiting all the CoEs and conducting motivation sessions for the scholars.

    In 2016, Ravi was transferred to the CTM Hall at JNV Bangalore Urban to manage Dakshana’s largest batch in the 2-year program. This batch of 299 scholars produced an excellent result, not only at JEE Mains & Advanced but at many other competitions like NDA, NEST, ISI and other state engineering entrance examinations.

    Since 2018, Ravi is the Regional Academic Officer-South and looks after the Dakshana program at JNV Bangalore Urban, JNV Rangareddy (Hyderabad) and JNV Kottayam. Ravi enjoys Yoga and spiritual reading. He has also delivered lectures on Scientific Spirituality at DSVV, Haridwar.

  • Ruturaj Patil

    close Dakshana Fellow – Administration

    This young lad hails from Karad, Maharashtra and is a Computer Science engineer from Shivaji University, Maharashtra. He also holds an MBA in I.T. from Pune University.
    Ruturaj spent a year in Sales & Marketing at HDFC Bank before joining Dakshana. He enjoys reading and is an avid trekker.
