I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar & hopefully attend IIT because it is my dream to qualify for IIT. I want to become a researcher and technician in nuclear power plant. Our fuel like petroleum will not last long and in India there is lack of petroleum and other fuel like uranium, which is very important for power plants. We have to import uranium from foreign countries which makes it expensive. Due to this in India it is costly to make its electricity costly. There is one way which can reduce its cost it is thorium which is also a radioactive atom and can be used in plants. But it requires research to make thorium as a fuel. I want to do research in this field and want to contribute my level best for it. It will make its cost very low and cheaper electricity will be supplied to our citizen. It will make India self sufficient in energy production. I hope in IIT there will be a good chance to make my dream come true and in from Dakshana I will be given proper guidance in very right time to achieve my goal.
