I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT because every student wishes to become an IAS Officer, IPS Officer, Doctor, Engineer or any other good profession and bring glory to his parents. In the same way I too have form childhood wished that I will achieve something big and see my parents happy and my father too from the beginning has wanted to make me an engineer, that is why I too have a lined my aims with my father?s dreams and want to be an engineer. And to achieve this goal from the 9th std I have desired to get selected in the Dakshana programme, because some of the students in our school have passed this exam and have gone to another school to get coaching to complete their dreams. I want to be an engineer only through IIT and I know that I will be able to achieve this. The best way to get into the IIT for me, is to get selected into Dakshana programme, which is for the rural people. This is a golden opportunity for me and I will make my destiny myself.
Dakshana is a very good, important platform for me because through Dakshana I will be able to make myself capable to get selected in IIT-JEE. In an environment of unemployment and corruption it is hard for anyone to be able to prove himself with his merit. But we cannot say that the whole world is corrupt, because organisation like Dakshana are present and us on our merit and help us to fight unemployment, stand on our feet and provide us a great opportunity.
If I get selected to IIT I will be very thankful to Dakshana and I too will do the same to uplift the students of rural areas, who are not able to get good education. I would like to assist them in succeeding
