I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT
?Oh! God another girl child?? yes that was the expression of my grandfather when I was born after 3 daughters in our family. Instead of a smile there was an unusual leave in my mother?s eyes after my birth. I questioned myself that is it my fault that I have become a girl? I began to struggle with this word and the kind of feeling our family members I had. I promised myself never to become a burden for my family. Luckily, my parents were never like that, they never think me as a burden, support me to achieve I have promised. They want me to prove that girls are no less than boys. From my primary years I had studied with my own efforts. My father used to say ?Reach to a such height that then people will identify me as your father. Be the reason of pride for me. I?m waiting for the day when everyone will say me, she is your son.? In Navodaya when I heard this foundation that helped a million of students to achieve their aim. I found this is the best way through which I can shape my server and achieve the best things in my life. That?s the reason I want to become a Dakshana scholar. It given chance to become Dakshana scholar. I will put up my whole effort to make my dream real. And can give my parents their best gift.
