I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because the IIT?s being the prestigious institutions having international recognition, for training students who are worth it, are conducting IIT-JEE (believed to be the toughest examinations on earth) every year. To get through this examination a person not only needs his/her extraordinary intellect but also a proper instructor & other necessary books. And in these days, the IIT-JEE coaching industry has flourished all over India, competing between themselves and preparing the students for this exam every year. To get this coaching in quite expensive. It is affordable only by the well-off families of India. People like me find it extremely difficult to pay the huge sum. Therefore, we go for self study without a tutor which most of the time reaps no fruit.

Thanks to Dakshana who have come forward in helping students. We are extremely gateful to Mr. Mohnish Pabrai and Mrs. Harina Kapoor for lendig their helping hand especially for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya students. I will work hard and in future, when I become a recognised person in the society, I would surely stand and give back the society the best I can give.
