I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT because I want to become an IIT engineer. I am not interested in Biology. My aim is to be an engineer. Therefore this scholarship will help me to get ahead because my father?s income is not enough to provide me the study material for IIT-JEE. It is a very competitive world today and this will help me clear the IIT-JEE. I am the eldest son of my parents and the whole family is depending on me. I need to get a good job. In school, more emphasis is given to the board examination. In other schools they are preparing for the board and also for the IIT-JEE or other entrance exam. We feel we are lacking behind. However, Dakshana has given me a great chance to compete with other talented students. I am very thankful to the president of Dakshana.
