I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because I want to become an engineer. But I can?t afford to be coached by a good institute. However, I want to clear up the IIT Exam. So coaching is almost required. My father is a poor farmer having a monthly income not above six thousands. He even can?t afford my school fee. My young sister and brother are studying in the Govt. School of the village. I was also studied in that school. But I luckily ed in Navodaya Entrance Exam.

This was a change in my life. Now I can studied in a good school under the guidance of good and qualified teachers. When I am in sixth or seventh standard I even not knew about IIT which I know in class IX. I was good in my studies, not very good. Hopefully, I thought to clear this exam. But then I didn?t abound the standard of the examination, tough or easy.

But now when I learn that IIT is a very-very tough exam. I even not lost the hope to clear it. I also know that coaching is very necessary to clear up the exam. And when I thought of the costly coaching institutes, my hope to clear the exam becomes blurred. Because I and my family can?t afford the costly fees of these institutes. And I thought I will never clear this tough exam.

But when I heard about Dakshana, my hopes are raised. Now I can se my future as an IIT engineer. This is a golden chance for me. Because Dakshana is a gift to poor students, who aspire to attend the Indian Institute of Technology, but can not afford to be coached by a world class IIT-JEE coaching institute. I never want to lose this golden chance and hopefully I want to become a Dakshana Scholar and attend IIT.
