I’d like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because it is not only a dream of mine but also of my whole family. My father was a teacher and mother is a health worker. We are three children of them. My elder sister was a 12th class passed out student. Now she is taking coaching for medical entrance. The income my family was very much less. My younger brother is also reading in a English medium school. From my childhood I used to say that I will be an IITian in my future. But the economic condition of my family was like a obstacle in my path which led to IIT-JEE. I got into J.N.V in my class IXth. Then I heard about the Dakshana Scholarship test. Then I had a hope that now there is no obstacles in my path. So I must prepare myself for the long run. Dakshana foundation had shown a ray of hope and desire. Before getting into Navodaya I was very much depressed thinking that I cann?t achieve my goal. I use to think that Goad is very much selfish. There is no one to help me in this large and beautiful world. But Dakshana foundation proved it wrong. Dakshana foundation is a blessing of God for me. I am very much thankful to the foundation that they had again inspired me to achieve my goal. I am very much thankful to all the great personalities who had thought of such a great plan to help the rural & poor students like me. Theyr are the God for students like us. Because when I was weak-hearted there is no one to help me, there was no one to be with me but now there is the Dakshana foundation to help me, to be with me. Yes, I can be an IITian because now there is Dakshana foundation who will inspire me at each and every step of my life. The inspiration which I got from them is unending. I will say in proud that there is no better institute in this world except Dakshana. Their wish to make students of rural, poor household an IIT scholars is one of the great desire in the whole world. I am trying my best to become a Dakshana scholar and also an IITian, which depend on my hard labour and blessings from God and great personalities of Dakshana foundation.
