Job Title : Dakshana Fellow

Job Location: Pune, India.

Dakshana Fellows are very unique individuals who are cut from a different cloth. They are folks who are typically ed to volunteer on a fulltime basis for Dakshana for 1-2 years. The Dakshana Fellows program is a Peace Corps type program. Folks typically take a year or two sabbatical from their careers to help make the world a better place. Dakshana Fellows will be eligible to receive a monthly stipend and will have their profiles and accomplishments listed on the website. To date, we have had two Dakshana Fellows who have relocated to India (from USA) for a year. The foundation covered their airfare, housing, health insurance and provided a monthly stipend.

While the Dakshana Fellowship Program does pay a stipend, the primary motivation for fellowship candidates should be a desire to help others. The Dakshana Foundation is a dynamic organization, and there are many different roles you can play as a part of our operation. The ideal candidate is a super-motivated self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
