I’d like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because my aim is to become an astronaut and also to become an engineer for which the best way is to become through an IIT which would help in becoming an astronaut. IIT’s are among the best engineering institutes in the world which not only give quality education but also better opportunity for student to secure their future. Though getting through the IIT-JEE is a very tough task and for the same a lot of hard work is required. Every student is not so lucky to be coached by professors for their preparations for IIT-JEE but if I become a Dakshana scholar I would be fortunate enough to have a good support for my preparation. I want to become an IITian and serve my nation and contribute towards its development though I know my effort would not be sufficient by a pot gets filled by only. I have come from a remote village in Bihar in which still electricity supply is not there and even if it comes, it is only available for one or two hrs a week. There even children don’t know what a computer is, they are still for away from the taste of development. So I want to work for the development of this region through my ability and strength by becoming a Dakshana scholar the probability of my education in JEE would become higher. In world among the top 10 people of the top companies one is an IITian and among the top four persons in a company in India one is an IITian thus every where for top jobs IITians are preferred. It will not only give a lot of pleasure but name and fame to me if I become an IITian. Thus I am sure that I would become an IITian.
